There are 2 Else Pedersdatters in Vinderslev area. #1 (ours) married Jørgen Jensen and died on 29 Mar 1851. #2 married Peder Andersen and died on 03 Oct 1857. Both of them have ages at time of death that would indicate a birth in 1780.

The 1834 Census shows both women. Our Else lived in Voer with Jørgen (age 53-b1781?). The other Else lived in Pederstrup with her oldest daughter Ane Kirstine (age 56-b1778?). This makes sense as she is from Pederstrup on her marriage record. Our Else is from Serup on her marriage record.

Which Else is the daughter of Peder Danielsen and Anna Mikkelsdatter?
- searched (original) 1787 census of Pederstrup, Serup and Vinderslev. (All of these towns are in Vinderslev Parish.) All children under age 12. Found only one Else: living in Vinderslev with Peder Danielsen
- no ankomst or tilgangs in Serup before 1813.
- no clues on Mariane Jørgensdatter’s birth record sponsors, etc.
- searched Serup birth records 1777-1783: no luck
- search Lemming birth records 1777-1783: no luck
- Anna Mikkelsdatter (who I think it the mother of Else#2 but who may instead be the one for Else #1) was born in Serup.
